Tervetuloa pimeälle puolelle, eli siis Nightsideen, sivustolle jonka tarkoituksena on toimia tietolähteenäsi vampyyrien kiehtovaan maailmaan. Sivu tarjoaa tietoa niin vampyyrimyyttien historiasta ja synnystä kuin myös nykyaikaisista käsityksistä vampyyreista.
Sivustolle kerätään myös mahdollisimman kattavat tietopaketit suosituimmista tv-sarjoista, elokuvsita ja kirjoista, joissa vampyyreja esiintyy. Esimerkkinä näistä voisin mainita vaikkapa True Blood, Twilight ja Anna Ricen Vampyyrikronikat.
En suosittele sivuston selailua perheen pienimmille, sillä suuri osa lähdemateriaalistanikin on kielletty perheen nuorimmilta. Elokuvilla ja sarjoilla, joissa vampyyreja esiintyy on ikärajat ja vaikka pyrinkin kertomaan vampyyreista neutraalisti ja vältän esim shokeeraavaa kuvitusta, koen tämän varoituksen aiheelliseksi.
